Ingredients: -1 lb chicken breast, cut into thin slices -1/2 cup heavy cream -1 tbsp olive oil -1 onion, chopped -1 green bell pepper, chopped -4 cloves garlic, minced -1 tsp dried thyme -salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions: 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add chicken, onion, bell pepper, garlic, thyme, salt and black pepper. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 2. Stir in the cream and bring to a simmer. Serve over cooked pasta, rice or potatoes.

Place chicken breasts in a greased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish. Spread yogurt mixture over chicken. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat and remove from heat. Add in the onion, bell pepper, garlic, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin and salt. Stir until everything is well combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture over the beef mixture and stir until everything is coated. Spread the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with rice or tortilla chips.
